Outreach Request Form

The Harford County Astronomical Society members love to share the joy of astronomy and science-learning with the community. Aside from our monthly open house, HCAS performs many outreach events across Harford County and Maryland.

We strive to make astronomy fun, while ensuring that all participants of any age are presented with factual and valuable information. Types of outreach include (but are not limited to):

  • Observation Sessions (Stargazing)

  • Presentations

  • Equipment Clinics (learn to use your telescope, binoculars, cameras, etc.)

HCAS can host outreach events at the Harford Community College Observatory or, we can come to you. We are excited to bring the stars closer to you!
